How true! World domination continues to move westward across the pacific while we rot from within. Nothing lasts forever especially when you self-destruct.

How aware of the weaknesses are the defense ministers/secretaries of the Western democracies? Do they want to use their combat forces to take on the Russians on the ground? Would the Western infantry forces retreat out of cowardice? The example of the Iranians humiliating American sailors after capturing a naval vessel does not speak well of the courage of the beta males and women in the armed forces.

Any promises made to the Ukrainians in 2021 may be as empty as those made to the Poles in 1939. At least the French and British had the excuse of being physically unable to send forces to Poland.
