And don’t worry, the locals (sheriffs and state police) will help the feds, as they already have their firearms and don’t want the same ‘enforcement mechanisms’ directed against them.

As for gold and silver, they’ll outlaw trading in it if they need to do so. Same for Bitcoin, except it will be absorbed into the system and defanged soon.
