Probably a "dreamer" who came here as a kid. Upland is not what it was a few decades ago, and their crime rate ranks in the bottom (worst) 25% of CA cities. Pinging DFU, since he's our resident Uplander.
Upland, like every other SoCal community, is not what it used to be 10 years ago - Foothill Blvd is a conclave of illegals/homeless hyped up on $1/pill fentynl or flaka. Hubby says over the last two years, he can’t go anywhere in the LA sphere without being hussled, scammed or risk being robbed.
