I had a client who owned 30% of a $20 million company. Researched this topic to the nth degree. Even contacted the attorney who wrote the textbook on the subject. We ended up selling it for a couple of million, but nowhere near value..
There are exceptions, but with this guy running the company he cannot claim damages from mismanagement!
If he wants to make trouble, he can. I agree with you it is hard for him to claim the company was not run right. I don’t think that will be the case he makes. The object will be scorched Earth and he will have people willing to help him keep Parler shut down.
