This is one of the most amazing objects I have ever looked at. Wherever it ends up it is well worth a visit. It’s incredible it was ever made in the first place and that it has made it to modern times is doubly incredible.

Saw it on a Christmas visit to see my daughter. Her sister in law wanted to go. As a hand embroider , it was amazing. The colors were dimmed by age, the stitches were endless. I will have to do some more research.
