I thought Fong was a Calbrian name?
Here in New York City, once home to many great genuine Italian pizzerias, they're mostly made nowadays by Mexicans and Muslims. You can hardly find an Italian in New York anymore. Most left 2-3 decades ago. Little Italy, Brooklyn are unrecognizable. However, Staten Island, they say, still has lots. And I don't count that commie half-Italian Mayor as Italian at all. Or American, for that matter.
