In fact, much of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its associated titles are based on constitutionally nonexistent federal government powers imo, the 15th Amendment likewise limiting Congress to voting rights issues where race discrimination problems are concerned.

Many Democratic and RINO lawmakers should lose their jobs under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment imo for rebelling against the federal government's constitutionally limited powers by making a law which blatantly unconstitutionally expands those powers.

Neither God nor the Constitution stand in the way of Democrats.
