Now that sounds great! How do you get all these fruit dipped in chocolate? Do you melt the chocolate yourself and dip them? It’s probably pretty expensive to buy them that way.
I buy Ghirradelli (?) melting wafers.
You melt them either stovetop or microwave.
Cut fruit into bite sized pieces.....dip fruit into melted chocolate (they have white, milk and dark) (w/a toothpick)....set on plate and put plate in fridge for about 10 mins.
YUMMMMMMY.
I dip tha strawberries myself. But I end up eating quite a few while making them, for quality control purposes.
