The movie “Bonnie & Clyde” is on my favorites list.
I recall they liked Fords due to the V8. I also recall the flat head Ford V8 still on the streets when I was a kid. They had a huge drawback, that if ever overheated the block would crack. They were known for their durability in hot rodding. Chevy sixes would throw rods very easy if over rev’d. I know because I threw the rod on a 50 Chevy once.
