The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) published a new study on face masks Wednesday, touting the benefits of individuals wearing two masks instead of one to prevent transmission of the novel Wuhan coronavirus.
The study, conducted entirely on mannequin models in a controlled environment, not any human subjects, concluded double masking was about 95 percent effective at reducing particle transmission.
Then came the typical culprits taking a single study that promotes their narrative to amplify its findings across the internet. CNN followed suit, along with the Washington Post, the New York Times, and all the rest.
The study, not based on any actual people and not using the highest-quality research methods such as a randomized controlled trial, will ultimately serve to justify those demanding double mask requirements while vilifying those who oppose the idea as cartoon caricatures who don’t believe in science and want people to die. There’s no room to even debate the efficacy of face masks in the first place since big tech shut that down too.
When requirements for facial coverings arrived, I was fine wearing a face mask. I spray my eucalyptus pillow mist in them to keep them fresh, and when the Colorado cold came, I certainly didn’t mind the extra warmth. If it made those around me feel more comfortable, I was happy to oblige.
But when questions began to rise about when we can finally ditch them, even after multiple vaccines have arrived and millions have recovered, it’s become ever more clear our leaders have no intent of us having our lives back.
The issue stretches far beyond a face mask, because it’s not just a mask like we’ve been told time and again on repeat. It’s just a mask, it’s just six feet, it’s just two weeks, it’s just another few weeks, it’s just another month, another season, another holiday, another year, another birthday, another wedding, another graduation, another milestone, another concert, another business, until there’s a vaccine, until everyone’s vaccinated, until there’s another vaccine.
Don’t be selfish, they say, don’t live your life. It’s just two masks.
There is no small portion of the population that now that just wants the government to tell them exactly what to do, the same government that shut down their neighbor’s businesses declaring their lives’ work non-essential. It’s amazing to consider the American public’s apathy towards liberty 250 years after the Boston patriots dumped tea into the harbor over a dumb tax. In fact, I’ve seen people huffing and puffing at 8,000 feet with nobody else nearby being yelled at by other hikers for taking a few minutes to collect themselves without a face covering.
When asked on Fox News this week when Americans could stop wearing face masks, National Institutes of Health Director Dr. Anthony Fauci said when the coronavirus “is not a threat at all.” Meanwhile, scores of public health officials from the same apparatus demanding double face masks are saying the coronavirus is “here to stay,” a pandemic that’s with us for as long as we last, so too now are the masks.
Attach them with gorilla glue then put the glue in your hair.🙄

Next, regardless what post-FDR era, institutionally indoctrinated Supreme Court justices want everybody to think about the constitutionality of Obamacare, patriots are reminded of the following.
Previous generations of state sovereignty-respecting Supreme Court justices had repeatedly clarified that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend for INTRAstate healthcare purposes.
But more importantly where lockdowns are concerned, note the reference to unique state powers to quarantine in the New York v. Miln excerpt below, the second item in the list.
"State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added].” —Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"Inspection laws, quarantine laws, health laws of every description [emphasis added], as well as laws for regulating the internal commerce of a state and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c., are component parts of this mass.” —Justice Barbour, New York v. Miln., 1837.
"Obviously, direct control of medical practice [emphases added] in the states is beyond the power of the federal government.” —Linder v. United States, 1925.
”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. Next, patriots need to start working with their state lawmakers to amend state constitutions with "tar and feather" statutes to discourage elite politicians. With questionable, oppressive lockdowns in mind, the suggestions below are a start.
State constitutions need to be amended to put time limits on lockdowns.
State constitutions also need to be amended to make state health and environmental protection officials elected by popular vote.
Constitutionally time-limited lockdowns need to automatically trigger special recall elections for governors, mayors and disaster officials who order lockdowns, also state lawmakers.
Finally, constitutions need to require people planning to run for state and local offices to escrow a refundable "recall deposit" before becoming a candidate, the deposit fully paying in advance for their possible recall elections if they are elected, amounts determined by law.
Additionally, state constitutions also need to be amended with "hypocrite" statutes that require elite politicians to pay double, triple and quadruple fines out of their own checking accounts, including extended jail time, for breaking laws that they helped to pass.
Finally, I understand that recall Newsom effort has reached a milestone with number of collected signatures.
However, organizers understandably want 400,000 more signatures to compensate for bogus signatures.

Amen...and now that cases are in a free-fall, they attempt to mandate TWO masks. Cases are falling because flu season is winding down.

Agree. I don’t want to wear a mask, however at 77 I don’t need the scorn from people, mostly women, pointing me out while shopping. So I wear it.

Hidden in one story I read about the bodies being refrigerated in California was that they had to stop cremating bodies because of some California clean air regulation.
So I think the situation there happened because of that. All the bodies that would normally be cremated now had to be buried instead, and they probably were not equipped to handle that extra load, so the bodies go into the freezer until they can get over the backlog.
OK I get vaccinated and now supposedly cannot get COVID. If I can no longer get COVID how can I spread it to others if antibodies have destroyed the virus in my body? Then why should I be compelled to wear a mask? Why should I be restricted in socializing, going to restaurants or being in public? If these restrictions continue despite the vaccination I can conclude that either the vaccine is a joke and does nothing or the government simply wants to continue control over my life.
I have come to the conclusion that the only way out of this is through death or rapture, whichever comes first.
Until that time, I will do as I wish and as God wishes. Not as the CDC or Joe Biden or Tony Fauci or Sesame Street wishes.
It frustrates me that so many are afraid to push back.

Actually, the party line from the scientists changed a while back. The science is still out, but the scientist spokespeople are speaking anyway, because they won’t say, “I don’t know, because it’s not yet knowable with a lot of certainty.” “They” say the last I read that the vaccine does not prevent you from getting COVID, just that it makes the cases less severe and more likely not to kill you. They say to keep up the social distancing and avoidance of gatherings, etc, etc. and to keep wearing mask(s). Who among us doesn’t remain confused?
But, wait a while: The narrative can easily change again. First, in opposition to common sense, we were told that masks were not needed and could not help. Medical administrators were saying, “There is no evidence that two masks are better than one.” Common sense was sneered at.” Then we read that the virus is so, teeny, weeny small, that it marches right through any mask(s). Then were told we should for sure wear masks, but....not cloth masks. Then we were told to wear a cloth mask and to wash them regularly. Now we are told to wear a cloth mask and a paper mask. Maybe paper mache masks and baby diaper mask combinations will be next.
The masks the troop of dancers wore at Superbowl half-time, were eye-catching. Some who claim to be in the know say those wider and higher dancers’ masks that surrounded the eyes, too, were standard issue jock straps. That tableau of uniform rows of masked regimented denizens of the city captured the uniformity of submission that has occurred this year.

My grandson’s response in reading the call for layers of masks opined that the more layers blocking the flow of air, the more likely one’s life-sustaining air will by default come to you from whatever open spaces there are on the sides of the masks. You gotta breathe....or you’ll get lightheaded and pull off the masks or stretch forward the sides of the mask to let air in, or obediently get dizzy until you pass out.
Yesterday I got my first vaccine shot. There was a group of about 200 people lined up and processed for their appointments (the largest group of people I’ve been around by far in a year of mostly sticking to home). At least half were wearing two masks.

And there is the problem - a mask fit properly should have no air leaks. Else it is worthless to prevent anything airborne entry. Men must be clean shaven. The mask must be N95 or N99 rated. All other varieties of masks are as good at stopping the virus particles as wrapping chicken wire around your head. No mask can be reused. No mask can be worn for more than 4 hours. All masks must be disposed of in bio-hazard containers.
They people who promote this insanity know this, but have chosen to double down in order to keep control of the population for at least the next 7 years (Fauci said).
Perhaps, if you are wearing a mask a lot, you might get one of those finger tip Oxygen gadgets and measure your intake - it needs to be in the 95-92 range without a mask. Then measure with one mask, then two. Low Oxygen intake can lead to all sorts of health complications.
