According to officials, a 46-year-old man was arrested in January for allegedly trying to board an airplane in Orlando with a bag that hosted 22 pounds of methamphetamine.
Yet the suspect in custody claims that it’s a case of mistaken luggage, and that somebody must have switched bags with him while he was having a nap.

Hey, who hasn’t ever had someone come along with a carry bag just like yours with half a million in meth in it and switched bags for no reason whatsoever.
It could happen. I remember picking up the wrong briefcase one time that had a couple of millio........... uh, never mind.

It could happen.
A drug smuggler sees someone asleep in the boarding area who is waiting for the same plane and who just happens to be carrying an identical backpack. The smuggler decides to switch backpacks so the poor rube will carry the drugs and money onto the plan and then switch back when they arrive at the destination.
I bet it happens all the time.
It is no more unbelievable a story than the one about Dementia Joe actually winning the Presidential election.

I knew he must be headed to middle America (Louisville).
The number of meth labs has generally declined over the years since it’s cheap to import, and Sudafed is tracked.
