I’m not totally positive about that structure and its purpose. I was under the impression it was put up for the inauguration of Biden.
From the live feeds of the White House, it looks like they have been dismantling the structure the past few days. Because where I seen a white piece of plywood one night, was gone the next day when viewing the cam. It’s a weekend now, so I guess they will return on Monday to finish the job.

Melian, are you able to determine when the two photos you posted a link to above were taken?
When I check a child’s webcam the structure looks different. Hard to determine what the heck is going on. I read it was a viewing stand for the inaug. parade that Bitem/his handlers cancelled days before the “inauguration”.
Reading the comments, many think they’re gallows.
Perhaps wishful thinking on their/my part.
