Well...food for thought. When I was in the Air Force (I was 26 at the time) they made me get the flu shot...meaning they tracked me down because I would never get it voluntarily. Several months later after the shot, got the flu...bad! The "doctors" told me there was nothing they could do for me. I should have went to the hospital. I was holed up in my room for a week thinking I was going to/wanting to die!
Needless to say, I never got a flu shot again and I never got the flu again! If I was 70 years old at the time I would have surely died.
