Obviously now they (whatever they are) have been entered into the Registry. So my disclaimer is on my thoughts as it was occurring while watching them update the Executive Orders to WIKIPEDIA FIRST, then later to the Federal Registry. I'm not going to draw conclusions. I will let everyone make up their own mind and draw conclusions. I had a few questions at the time I wrote it. By the time I was done with my research, the EOs were numbered in the Registry. Here is the research I decided not to post earlier:

Ok, here goes. I am going to be fair. This is going to be very complicated. I will try to make it clear
Biden has not issued any EOs. At least the media does not seem to be calling them EOs. Why?
1. The fake news is calling them "Executive Actions".
Case in point: (NPR - of which a writer was at the Capitol on Jan 6 - one Jade - I have already shown an example of her published at NPR on a previous thread - case closed - "freelance" or not)

Notice MSM is using the word "actions".
An Action is a broader umbrella than an EO (Executive Order). An Executive Order falls under the category of Presidential Actions. As do presidential determinations, presidential proclamations, administrative orders, and so on.
Every EO by Donald Trump and past Presidents have EO #s assigned and are in the Federal Registry. As a close watcher of Trump's EOs they were always quickly in the Registry. Quickly!
Now wikipedia has a list of Biden "Executive Orders" and is using EO#s in a table at the bottom of the page List of executive actions by Joe Biden
But they are not in the Official Federal Registry. Not as of as I type this.
Yet, wiki (which we know has clown control assets) has the EO #s assigned already BEFORE the Federal Registry does.
Why? How?
How does wiki know this when the Executive Actions on the White House Briefing page DOES NOT even include Executive Order number? The can only number them in order of appearance based on Trump's last EO. If they (wiki) get called out, they can use the excuse of "its wiki and not guaranteed to be accurate and data is put in by various users around the globe" or some such nonsense.
At the least, we can say the Federal Registry person is waaaay behind or negligent. At the worst we can say, these are NOT ACTIONABLE or LEGAL.
Now I note this: "Today virtually all numbered Executive Orders are published. However, the Federal Register Act specified that such orders need not be published if they had “no general applicability and legal effect.” Thus, the text of some orders is not available. Unlike the nicely categorized and orderly lists of briefings, remarks, executive orders, the Biden White House page has everything lumped onto the briefing page. Ok, different style I get it, not everyone is as OCD as me about keeping things orderly.
No where in the so-called Executive Orders is there a listing of them as such. Every EO by President Trump had the EO number clearly at the top of the EO with the EO number after. Biden's "executive Actions" do NOT. If you pull up a Trump EO from the Registry you will see what I mean.
So this could be just slow workers? Government ineffeciency? Or is wiki just numbering the EOs with the next number after Trump's last EO? But the question remains. Why did they not immediately go to the Federal Registry? If this going to be like the Obamacare website now? New IT people?
The registry itself says the following: "The President of the United States manages the operations of the Executive branch of Government through Executive orders. After the President signs an Executive order, the White House sends it to the Office of the Federal Register (OFR).
"The OFR numbers each order consecutively as part of a series and publishes it in the daily Federal Register shortly after receipt."
It says DAILY.
We shall come back and revisit this later and see what updates are made. After all, this is Sleepy Joe. What do we expect? A prompt staff?

That was my researched late last night saved to doc depending on if the EOs showed up in the Registry. So (people) don't message me back on this unless you have read the whole thing! I've no time to waste in petty arguments. I'm reporting what I saw happening with the EOs.

Thank you for all that. My initial surmise is that the documents Bitem is signing (if they are not blank papers) are not legal EOs, because he is not a legal president, and much of what is going on right now is a forced charade. Other evidence:
1. The very odd photo of Bitem on the official WH President’s photo/portrait page. Yesterday the page said “Past Presidents”, now it just says “Presidents”. Bitem’s photo is completely bizarre and unpresidential.
2. THe official White House youtube channel STILL has the overlaid or whatever it’s called audio of an unknown male talking about something involving a plea and sentence.
3. Some unexplained oddities of some of the Oval Office photos.
And now the EO or Executive Actions not showing up in the Fed Register but on wiki.
I have some other thoughts but they’ll wait. I’m starting to think it likely that the strings pulling Bitem are “Patriots are in control”.
