I watched closely last night and had a whole story ready to go about this, but I waited. I waited to see if they would put them in the Registry. Finally in the wee hours of the morning the EOs were numbered in the Registry. I saw the EOs go up on wikipedia BEFORE they showed up in the Federal Registry. Think on that. Who really runs wiki?

Did you say earlier that files entered into the registry are uploaded instantly? I’m trying to figure out how they could make this error.
