What happened when the South seceded? A war followed. What will happen if Texas - and perhaps a few other states - secede? Perhaps this pinhead will go and serve notice on them.
I grew up in Texas, and it was common knowledge that Texas made an agreement when it entered the Union that it could secede because it was a Republic, not a territory.
Unfortunately that was a myth, Texas can’t legally secede and neither can any other state.
Any and every state can illegally secede of course. The ramifications of doing so are not favorable to the seceding states.
