No, the President has made his case to the public that the system has collapsed. At last count, there were an estimated 30K troops now securing the capitol and issued live ammunition. The streets of DC are empty. A local television station is reporting communications are jammed (text/phone/internet). These are not the actions of a President waiting to hand US sovereignty to China Jan 20th. 

The Capitol is being secured to endure the upheavel that will happen when, among our enemies, leftist traitors realize that this buildup of armed troops is not to PROTECT a Biden inauguration. President Trump is preparing to take our country back.
