That meant pre-book. Spot hero is an app where you can pre-pay for parking. I hate the metro and prefer to drive in to DC.

I’m not much on public transportation myself, but figured it would be easier to use the Metro than to be navigating around a strange city by myself. But I’ll rethink driving in since I would be able to reserve a parking spot.
