That’s my exact thought. If he thought he was leaving, this wouldn’t be occuring.
This EO is not the only indication. The last few days there has been too much going on to indicate Trump plans on leaving.
He’s definitely not a lame duck. And then there are articles where Harris and Biden are not really acting like they will be moving to new jobs.
