The change from stable well-paying middle-class jobs pre-CCP virus to the majority of available jobs being lower-class part-time entry-level minimum wage with no benefits jobs is absolutely breathtaking.
Most people formerly from these well-paying jobs can’t last a week there (including myself). All while Scamazon outsourced most of its white-collar, customer service and development jobs to India.

Amazon employs over a million people; about 500K are US Employees who make a minimum of $15/hr starting wage (that’s just shy of $30K/yr). If there are only have 4K on foodstamps, AOC is fishing in the wrong pond

Out of these 4000 amazon employees on food stamps, how many of them are living in cities or states controlled by democrats where the cost of living is sky high?
Amazon isnt at fault or to blame that some of their employees have to go on food stamps. They provide a job with a good starting salary.
Amazon has about 1,125,000 employees. 4,000 on food stamps, that's about 0.035 percent. There are close to 40 million people on food stamps out of a population of around 325 million. 12 or 13 percent. Many working people are on food stamps. That 4,000 at Amazon may well include workers who didn't work a full year. Including many on food stamps who got off after getting an Amazon job. In any case, the odds of a non Amazon American being on food stamps is about 40 times greater than that of an Amazon employee.
But it's indicative AOC's mindset and that of the left. If you're working for a living when there's free money out there, perhaps not as much as you're earning, but free, you're a deplorable. As is the employer who frees you from the misery of depending on government for your subsistance is worse.
We should instead focus our public investments + incentives on **small businesses**, like the shirts I have for sale.
