IE, they are protecting their precious court at the expense of the Constitution and their responsibilities to the Constitution.

Except if the Court did it’s job and ruled correctly against the election fraud and Biden, there would be no court packing because Biden wouldn’t be President. Not much logic in Rush’s theory.

Rush is probably correct so that means if Schumer gets the majority in a few weeks are they just hoping that Chuck won’t look to add new judges cause that maybe a Republican thing to respect the law but Democrats could honestly care less if there’s 30 Supreme Court Justices just as long as they all vote the way they’re told
I have entertained that possibility as well.
