Nice! We’re doing okay. Gonna have some leftover grilled prime beef filet chopped up with onion and red bell pepper to make steak and cheese subs. I sprang for the prime filets for my birthday on Friday. That was my excuse for spending so much, but we can get a few meals out of them when we do these most excellent “Philly Cheese Steak” type sandwiches with the extra leftover steak.
