Inability to rapidly adapt. Cannot think outside the box. Large corporations always stifle creation and cannot consider what should be. Medicine is run by nonclinical administrators. This is the greatest threat to medicine everywhere.
It is a tragedy. But the problem is us. We were to busy trying to play by their unreasonable rules and put other things in from of our sacred duty. But I cannot emphasize that those who have no clinical experience has NO business in running hospitals and healthcare.
