This is great! He walks up to a guy in his car, berates him, and flips his hat off his head, then cries when he predictably gets his ass beat as a result. When the reporter said he “called them out,” I thought she was using the modern phrase that I hate. But he literally called them out in the traditional sense.
It sounds like the cops are handling this correctly. This was mutual combat and matter is finished.
