So with no proof of hacking, and many years of prior use, you think a court would invalidate election results because a system is now being accused of being “vulnerable “?

That isn’t going to fly.

There is much evidence that is good, but barring any evidence not yet seen, the very use of Dominion seems not to show any infiltration by outsiders.

There are 5 different counts in her GA filing. Any one of which is enough to toss GA back to Trump... Or even toss out GA altogether.

And yes, one of those counts hangs on the insecurity and outright vote manipulation possible with Dominion machines. She even quotes Klobuchar and Warren who both had issues with Dominion. And yes, she even documents WHERE those votes were changed by Dominion and does not speculate on who may have made those changes. She doesn’t actually need to to prove her point.

This should be a slam dunk in any reasonable Court.
