The change could have been made and unmade and now there’s not a trace of it. How can we even know what the change was? Take their word for it?
They deliberatey chose a voting system that could not be audited. Any vote that can not be audited is legally invalid.
The Dominion voting system has the legal standing equivalently as the Muller Russia Russia Russia probe. All smoke and mirrors, no legal substance.
