I think if you reflect on this you will realize that this is a nonsensical statement. Tomorrow we will see the suit, the filing made to the court. Like any suit it will make claims of damages to the filing parties, outline the instances and assertions they will later make in the hearing of the case itself.
The proofs, the evidence, the Exhibits, the full arguments to support the proofs, claims and exhibits are presented at court, not in a filing. It is always this way -- filing first, discovery follows, evidence and argument at court, not on TV for entertainment.
They are going to present forensic evidence showing vote patterns in the swing states that are mathematically impossible - unless you fixed the machines.
Do you have any idea how long it takes to not only investigate something like this, but to obtain proof and put together a lawsuit? It's absolutely staggering what they have been able to do in a mere three weeks.

We’re critical of you’re posts because you simply will not acknowledge that legal strategy 101 demands that you not reveal your evidence until you get to court thus denying your adversary any real insight as to what your arguments are going to be.
A court case is as much a poker game as it is a legal battle with your pieces of evidence being the cards you can play. Would you show your opponent in a poker game the cards you have before you’re called? I think not, that would be a sure way to lose. So why do you keep insisting that Powell show her cards before she’s been called? It’s either because you’re not the pointiest arrow in the quiver, or, you’re a phony Trump supporter; an infiltraitor here to cause hate and discontent and destroy Trump support amongst us.
