Georgia law does state that only those that voted 3 Nov can vote in Dec. The Democrats sued and got a consent decree to allow further registration during federal elections.

That’s true, but I was speaking of the fact that he said primary. Now that may have been a mistype by him, but my point was if that was an accurate statement, then it wasn’t the primary, it was the actual election.

No. They got a consent decree on signature matches. There is no law limiting runoff voters only to those who voted in the first round. You are wrong. It absolutely. should be the law but unfortunately its not 😐
