*Claim*- only those voting in the primary on November 3rd can vote in the runoff

First off, it was not a primary on Nov. 3rd, it was the election. That should have tipped you off right there that it was a bogus claim.

Georgia law does state that only those that voted 3 Nov can vote in Dec. The Democrats sued and got a consent decree to allow further registration during federal elections.
