Obama doesn’t understand the meaning of the word, “evidence”. An affidavit is evidence, by definition. It may be lies, like the statement of Tawana Brawley was. But it is still evidence.
So yeah, there is TONS of evidence. In court it will be determined if the evidence has the veracity necessary to make the case. By the way, that is a court of law, not the courtroom of public opinion.

The stereotypical bad guy in movies doesn’t deny his wrongdoing. He just says “you can’t prove it!”
So is Obama running the country via his “book” or is he using the country to sell his “book”?
I did not think I could despise this racist POS more than I already did, but every time he opens his mouth, the stench from it that issues forth make me realize just how wrong I was.
To me the only lasting significance of Obama was to prove that in politics, everything will be exploited. A candidate that marginally fit the right parameters was marketed well and succeeded in getting 2 terms. He was not a good President, but for the Democrats he was a poster child candidate. Dare I say a wet dream. Given that his primary accomplishment was the ACA, I thought Biden would have an awkward time running on the need to improve, expand and monopolize healthcare. But the press were willing supplicants and, well, it didn’t come up. Obama is surprisingly inarticulate when it comes time to speak extemporaneously. Trump properly gets criticism for his communication, but Obama the supposedly oracular orator was no better. The only thing about him that I liked was the low profile he kept for most of Trump’s Presidency.
