Questioner notes that Dominion Smartmatic voting tabulators were never able to pass certification in 2016

Coomer states 1) they don’t do updates for voter fraud 2) if an update was to be introduced then all certifications would be lost.

YET in the middle of the night in suspect locations they were updating software on target devices.
