Cobb County GA was a HEAVY Republican stronghold through 2014 - always at least +12 republican. It went for Biden +14 this year. That’s a 26 point swing in six years. Biden got 68% more votes there than Obama in 2012.
Cobb is upper middle class suburbia. It is probably changing with age but not that much.
