In a primary field that includes Scott, Pence, Noem, DeSantis and Haley (and possibly DJT), Jeb will fare even worse than he did in 2016. This is obvious to anyone with an average IQ or higher - which is why you may be right that Jeb thinks he has a real shot at it...
