As claims of election voter fraud continue, DOJ’s Richard Pilger has reportedly quit his role as Head of Election Crimes.
On November 9th, emails from Pilger were released that outlined plans to resign from his role at the US Department of Justice.
“Having familiarised myself with the new policy and its ramification, I must regretfully resign from my role as director of election crimes branch,” he wrote in the email, which was obtained by The New York Times and shared on social media after.

As Head of Election Crimes in the DOJ, his role consists of supervising all federal election offence investigations and prosecutions.
According to his resignation email, PIN Deputy Chief Robert J. Heberle will take over as Head of Election Crimes.
In 2013, Pilger came under fire after emails showed him allegedly discussing plans with the IRS to look into tax-exempt organisations who had been involved politically. He faced claims that the investigation was biased against Republican organisations.

No wonder he resigned. He realized it was a ‘conflict of interest’ if he’s been covering up or looking the other way with all the past Democrats shenanigans, and now he has to investigate all ‘his brothers in arms’ that he’s been covering up for.
I am sure he will be working for Google or Alibaba next week for twice the money.
Ahhhh so we found one of the pikers holding back investigations of fraud. He’s been helping the Dems all along. Probably hampered a lot of investigations of election crime in 2016. What did he expect his job was supposed to be about but the investigations of fraud in federal elections?...he claims it would be partisan for him to do so....sheesh that’s not what could be claimed about him in 2013 when he helped Lerner go after Tea Partyers. He doesn’t have to have been partisan...if fraud was committed against Biden he could have investigated that too!
He needs to be arrested!
I don’t know why he wouldn’t just burrow down into the ground and keep thwarting investigations.

The new directive from Trump and Barr was too much to bear — telling US Attorneys and the head of Election Crimes that they could investigate election crimes!

I read HITZ as In Before The Zot. Now I’m disappointed.
Who’s in charge now? Who appoints his replacement? Are we going to end up with another Wray. Trump has fumbled nearly every appointment. Will he have time to finally figure it out? Barr picking the replacement generates zero degree of confidence that we will get better than was flushed.
From what I’ve heard, Barr’s instructions took Pilger’s office out of any decision making about what investigations happen. Pilger is apparently famous for not letting ANY investigations happen, so Barr went around him.
Oops the jig is up....lots of people must be sweating now. No DOJ crony protecting him...I wonder now about pilger’s financials!
