Official data is 'exaggerating' the risk of Covid-19 and talk of a second wave is 'misleading', nearly 500 academics told Boris Johnson in open letter attacking lockdown.
The doctors and scientists said the Government's response to the coronavirus pandemic has become 'disproportionate' and that mass testing has distorted the risk of the virus.
They said tests are likely to be producing high numbers of 'false positive' results and the Government must do more to put infection and death rates within the context of normal seasonal rates.

Interesting timing.

At some point the medical profession has to deal with reality. The problem is that it doesn’t align with political strategy.
...so disappointed in Boris.
Following trends, UK’s new cases leveled off about a week ago, and deaths will continue to rise for a couple more weeks, then level off. Deaths are going to peak at less than half of their first wave. We here in the USA will likely follow a similar pattern (we are already seeing increased fatalities) a couple weeks behind Europe. By early February deaths in the USA will be dropping significantly. Guess who will pushed as the “Hero” who cured the USA of COVID? Yep, the man who will have barely moved in to the Oval Office.
As for Boris, he almost died of COVID, so he might have a little different perspective than most. Kind of like a shark attack survivor being afraid swim at the beach even though it’s not truly dangerous.
AGAIn ‘cases’ (with mass tresting now you WILL find alot more peiople who have HAD the virus)
WHAT IS THE DEATH COUNTS?
Not going up, actually going down...
THAT is what these propagandists wont tell you.
