Rule of law. Follow it. For a change it will mostly work in our favor.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just curious: By what mechanism do you see fraudulent ballots being thrown out?
I believe that a SCOTUS majority does not want to see the Constitution undermined by illegal election tampering, but am not aware of any precedents for this situation.
Do you think SCOTUS could Order the States to make efforts to clean out the fraudulent ballots?
Are we going to see "Expert witnesses" speaking about the obviously "Impossible" anomalies from some precincts/counties?
I am searching to understand the possible SCOTUS mechanism because I think the State legislatures of MI, PA and WI are going to need some buttressing from SCOTUS to overcome their natural cowardice.
Look up Samuel Tilden and the election of 1876 IIRC.
The election went to Congress.
I think when case/s get to SCOTUS, it may be One Humougous case, and the evidence from DHS/NCSTWIC will be a D5 avalanche. There is also precedent for nullification of election. Maybe considered outlier, but it is a possibility.
The usual ones used in election contests. Sometimes adjudicated ballot by ballot, sometimes the error in procedure precludes finding the contest can be decided with ballots in hand, in which case the contest is wholesale voided.
SCOTUS can indeed order certain steps, but usually the steps are "follow state law."
Yes, I expect some expert witnesses on the Bentham's Law anomalies. There is no other way to assess those.
I doubt the court cares whether or not the people think the election is legitimate. So far the court decisions have broken directly on partisan lines. DEM court, break for Biden. GOP court, break for Trump.
We are literally in a banana republic in a present state of revolution. the press is gaslighting, so are the most of the professional politicians.
More evidence is going to come out that makes it difficult to deny the shenanigans by our own government against its own people. It's up to the people to get their hackles up.
I don’t believe that POTUS would leave anything to chance. This has been in the planning for years. He would not leave it up to state legislators or the chance of drawing a good judge. I believe they can prove the computer fraud. Should be easy if the number voting is less than the actual votes.
Get a few big fish and use them as bait. Turn the big county officials against the State. State will flop on Team Biden. cum will always turn on the others when they are looking at TIME.
