A site run by leftist Nate Silver that the media likes to hold out as some amazing source because he accurately predicted the 2012 presidential race for every state. But it is just another left wing propaganda site. They said Trump had a minimal chance of winning in 2016 and are giving him a minimal one now as well.
If I remember correctly, mainstream media companies like to refer to polls (surveys) at the 538 site.
