Blatantly missing from UPS statement...
WHO opened the envelope and stole the documents?
WHEN did the theft occur?
WHERE did the theft occur?
WHY ...TO BE DETERMINED
WHAT were the circumstances, surrounding the theft and what is the corrective and punitive action resulting from the theft?
HOW did the theft physically occur and how did you locate the stolen documents?
...inquiring minds and all...
Or, the package just got loaded on the wrong truck?
AND WHY. . . did they out themselves as the carrier - Tucker’s statement shielded the name of the carrier, “a name you would know” I believe is how he put it. Which leads to another question
WHY would you use UPS for something that absolutely positively has to get there overnight? You wouldn’t even think of them.
