"Mailchimp does not allow the distribution of Content that is, in our sole discretion, materially false, inaccurate, or misleading in a way that could deceive or confuse others about important events, topics, or circumstances."

Why do they think they can do this? Do they truly think they are providing a service to their subscribers? If so, they obviously think they're idiots...

They have such an awful product so it’s not like I could boycott them. There are so many others that are so much better.

Now playing, on all channels, for your listening pleasure, ‘Orange man bad’.

All other requests, we apologize, for the bad reception.

I don’t know. Guess they hate Section 230 privileges. That said, Section 230 loss will destroy social networking as a whole unless there is a clear test applied as to when liability is incurred and when it is not. This could be done now without legislation, but it takes a court ruling.

What’s next, Google and Apple refusing to allow phone calls on Android and iPhone if you spread what they consider to be disinformation?

They will certainly try if Harris, err— I mean Biden, wins.

I think the immediate oppression we will see if Dems take over will make our heads spin.

Praying Trump wins in a landslide and we take the House and Senate and CLEAN HOUSE!!!

They could do it via the Chinese "social credit" system. "Sorry, but your social credit score is insufficient to place this call. If this is an emergency, dial 911." 'Like' a conservative post, lower your score. 'Like' a leftist post, raise your score! Even having conservative friends would hurt your score.

My guess is they wait for a complaint. But, it could be an AI engine of some sort based on key words.

There you go. It would be impossible for someone to read every post so a computer has to be used but the point is they can and do read every email, but with computers not people.
