His eyes look like someone on amphetamines. The dialated pupils were causing him trouble, that’s why he was continually looking down. The light really bothered him.
Don’t know what they juiced him with, but he looked like he’d been juiced with something.
I noticed his looking down too. I assumed it was because he knew he was being bested at every turn and was trying to hide it.
I did notice by the end Biden was getting confused and slurring his words a bit. The meds must have started wearing off.
Or, his performance was so carefully scripted that he needed to check the time to remember what question he was going to get and prepare an answer.
