It is - and it’s gotten to the extreme in the last few days; I think I’ve only been able to click a link to Twitter and actually have the page pull up without an “error” 2 times in the past couple days. NOTE I believe this may be financial fraud as well and should be reviewed by the SEC - my guess is that these “errors” are being counted as “hits” which would be used to boost their advertising rates and reported in quarterly reports etc..
Every time I load a twitter link from here, I have to hit the reload button to see the page.
