Aparrantly, there is a “sub” portion that is tethered to the bottom of the Wave Glider. It carries a sensor array and secondary propulsion. The array collects information which is broadcast to a home station. Looks like that part is missing from this salvaged Glider, if it was there to begin with.

I'm surprised someone on Tiree didn't hide it. I think this boat is coveted by a man from Mull, and if it comes up missing, look for suspects on Coll.
