She’s a leftist, as are the judges, but I’m cool with this ruling.

Tear gas deployment should never be a recallable event.

Allowing her city to burn is no reason to recall her?
Ample proof that there IS reason for burning and destruction.
By the right.

So will AuntyFa units attack the city again in protest of the SC not ruling as the left demanded?

Once you threaten whomever disagrees with you, you become the real government until defeated.

If the whole article is read it is clear the mayor of seattle is not interested in running the city. She is fixated on racial interactions in society, and ensuring that superior prtformance in any venue is not rewarded.
I would opine that she is incompetent for mayors duties. That city is going to die a slow death.

Why does the state SC decide whether the charges rise to that level or not?

If the residents want her gone, then she should go.

Not shocked .Do not care. If you reside anywhere near that cesspool, you should relocate, since your next mayor will be even worse. I will leave it at that, otherwise my wife won’t be cooking me dinner for some time.

What needs to be said to the courts is, and ought to be, that the decision of whether or not the allegations rise to the necessary level for impeaching the mayor is a decision that belongs to the voting citizens of Seattle, not the courts, any court. If there are enough valid recall petition signatures, then the decision to recall or not needs to go to the voting booth, period.
