Pence absolutely walked away with this debate.....it needs no description why as the contrast was so distinct between the two.
This was my wifes first exposure to Heels Up.
She couldn’t stand to watch her. She had to turn it off. She asked if she is always this nasty. I said..NO, she is usually much worse.
Yes, Pence was the obvious winner.
with his great performance tonight, Mike also singlehandedly more solidified the R vote behind Trump

I wish that Pence were a bit more younger, and a bit more charismatic. Then he would be the perfect candidate for 2024.
As it is, I’m all-in for Rand Paul in 2024.
I was a bit frustrated with all her lies.
But the women in my life had a very visceral negative reaction to Harris.
...but according to Trump-hater Chris Wallace and Brit Hume, Trump is so far behind in the polls it doesn’t matter.
It was a great example of one who had control of the issues and the another trying hard to ‘perform’ in a capacity she's in no way suited for.

Not sure what the MSM will say. I do know that the dems expect their candidates to speak without quivering and looking weak. Harris might even have said lines the dems like but her delivery was weak and not persuasive. Leftist partisans will come to her defense but their heart won’t be in it.
Pence could have been more aggressive with opportunities missed etc. But he is a smooth debater that doesn’t want to appear argumentative and wants foremost ... to do no harm and be a likable candidate. Perhaps a tad boring but he doesn’t tick anyone off. Opposite of Trump and complements Trump well. Pence delivered well tonight.
It was a highly disciplined performance by Pence and he made the key points he wanted to make. Great job.
