If this is true then with a small amount of R&D a jamming device can be devised and deployed during the “debates”.

He has a medical device implanted in his skull? That’s probably what’s been shorting out. Maybe someone will hack the device and make Biden bark like a dog during the debate.
Whoever came up with the notion that Biden has an Esteem hearing device has no idea what they’re talking about and is totally wrong.
The Esteem works by picking up the vibrations of the middle ear bones, amplifying them, and stimulating the cochlea directly. It cannot receive wireless messages from any external source, period. The programmer uses nearfield communiciations which is how some non-contact credit cards work, and that is why the programmer directly over the implanted device, a fraction of an inch away. So if Biden is putting his hand in his pocket it’s not to turn on an Esteem because he’d have to put a device against his skull. Anyone see him doing that, eh?
Biden may have some kind of hearing device but it’s not an implant, because Esteem is the only one and it is not capable of doing what is claimed.
Maybe the blogger who wrote this crap could do his/her homework next time instead of wasting peoples time.
Interesting to see Biden with his hand in his own pocket. Most Democrats have their hands in everyone else's pockets.
