Powell said she needs an immediate transcript. She didn’t say why, but she needs the transcript to go to an appellate court.
At the end of Flynn hearing, he keeps letting Gleason speak, then Sullivan says, “now I need to talk to my lawyer.” ... he will take things under advisement and await any further filings for another week.
The minute order is/will be to solicit any further filings.
