Doesn't matter. By the end the UN was in an ambulance heading for a hospital suffering from BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA. It's one thing to not pull any punches. Pounding the truth into them unmercifully is another thing entirely.
He probably meant nations as in the nations of the world, not the global body of United Nations.
Of course the transcription took it to be the capitalized version. Kind of like I live in the state of Washington but the State of Washington really pisses me off. Some people always cap the state as the State.
