Stupid faggot. This is the result of not clearing away decades of old growth and not doing controlled burns.

I was born and raised in Rochester, New York, but moved from there around 1973, to the Utica/Rome area with my then husband and our two sons. I got divorced in 1979, took the job with the State in 1980, and moved with my sons to Auburn. Spent a little over 3 years there before transferring to Mid-State C.F. in Marcy, NY in December 1983. It had been a psych center originally, but Mario Cuomo dumped all the residents into the community, and turned it, and other psych centers across the state into prisons. Those residents eventually ended up in the prison system. I made Sergeant in 1989, and retired in 2003. I was able to get out 23 months early because I was in Tier I of the state’s retirement system. That tier allowed one month early retirement for every year I had worked for the state. I’d had previous time in the retirement system, having worked for Monroe county (Rochester), and Oneida County here. I ended up with about 33 years of service total.

Because some long-suffering residents of California dared disobey Newsom's many onerous and soul-crushing directives as temperatures and tempers flared over the long summer, and because unelected bureaucrats decided that after six months "California was opening too fast", Newsom recently changed the virus metrics for re-opening the state's economy, metrics which are significantly more restrictive that the former "tier plan".

There are now four "virus risk" levels which California counties fall into: Widespread Risk; Substantial Risk; Moderate Risk; and Minimal Risk. Much of the state remains at the highest risk level (Widespread Risk, 30 counties), with 17 counties at Substantial Risk, 9 counties at Moderate Risk and only 2 of California's 58 counties at Minimal Risk. None of the levels, including even the Minimal Risk level allows for spectators at outdoor sporting events or concerts ... none.

To provide a real life example of what tyranny looks like going into the seventh month of lockdowns, closures and massive restrictions, Placer County, a semi-rural, significantly forested county east of Sacramento and extending east to Lake Tahoe and the Nevada state line has a population of 408,000, most of which is located in the southwest portion adjacent to Sacramento County. Placer County has recently moved from the Widespread Risk category to the Substantial Risk category.

Take a look at the following virus data current as of yesterday and try to explain why Placer County is at "significant risk" from the virus:

Number of confirmed cases= 3,323 (0.8% of the population)
Number of recoveries= 2,986

Number of deaths attributed to the virus= 37 (0.009%)
Number of deaths below 65 years old= 5 (0.0012%)

Significant Risk my ass! This is what tyranny looks like. This is the Democrat/Communist Party's "new normal": The Constitution may be suspended by any politician or unelected bureaucrat for a "good reason" they alone determine.
