Also, I don’t think we’ll ever have a president universally loved by the people who could get that done because one-third the population is marxist, one-third is patriotic, and one-third is still dozed off. You would need a president with the universal acclaim of George Washington to get the support to repeal 22.

Because repeal of 22 is nigh impossible, this makes it easy for the opposition to portray him as a dictator-in-waiting.
