Answering your question, I have not seen the movie, but have seen enough of the video clips to know that it IS child pornography that, sadly, moves the bar ever closer to complete normalization of sexualizing children at a younger and younger age. What amazes me is that so few people seem to be capable of being shocked or offended by this.
